Step-by-Step Instructions for Graveyard Chicken Enchilada Dip
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, enchilada sauce, shredded rotisserie chicken, canned green chiles, taco seasoning, and half of the shredded pepper Jack cheese. Mix until smooth.
  3. Cut your flour tortillas into strips, about 1 to 2 inches wide. Layer these strips at the bottom of a greased baking dish.
