Step-by-Step Instructions for Graveyard Chicken Enchilada Dip
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, enchilada sauce, shredded rotisserie chicken, canned green chiles, taco seasoning, and half of the shredded pepper Jack cheese. Mix until smooth.
- Cut your flour tortillas into strips, about 1 to 2 inches wide. Layer these strips at the bottom of a greased baking dish.
- Spread the creamy mixture over the tortilla strips. Sprinkle the remaining shredded pepper Jack cheese on top.
