- Preheat the oven to 190°C (375°F) and prepare a lined baking sheet or lightly greased loaf pan.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground chicken, Parmesan cheese, panko breadcrumbs, eggs, minced garlic, garlic powder, onion powder, dried herbs, salt, black pepper, and whole milk. Mix gently until combined.
- Transfer the mixture to your prepared baking surface and shape into a loaf.
- Bake for about 40-45 minutes until the internal temperature reaches 74°C (165°F) and the meatloaf is browned.
- While baking, melt the unsalted butter in a small saucepan over low heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes, then mix in additional Parmesan cheese and chopped parsley.
- Carefully brush the glaze over the meatloaf and return it to the oven for an additional 5-7 minutes.
- Remove from the oven and let it rest for 5 minutes before slicing and garnishing with parsley.
