Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 190°C (375°F) and prepare a baking sheet with parchment paper or grease your loaf pan.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine ground chicken, Parmesan cheese, panko breadcrumbs, eggs, minced garlic, garlic powder, onion powder, dried basil, dried parsley, salt, pepper, and milk until just mixed.
  3. Shape the meat mixture into a loaf and place it onto the prepared baking sheet or loaf pan.
  4. Bake in the preheated oven for 40-45 minutes until the internal temperature reaches 74°C (165°F) and it's browned on top.
  5. In a saucepan, melt unsalted butter and sauté minced garlic until fragrant, then stir in additional Parmesan and parsley until slightly thickened.
  6. After baking, brush the garlic-Parmesan glaze over the meatloaf and return it to the oven for an additional 5-7 minutes.
  7. Let the meatloaf rest for 5 minutes before slicing and garnish with fresh parsley.
