Preparation Steps
- In a medium-sized mixing bowl, combine 8 ounces of softened cream cheese with 1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese. Mix until smooth and creamy.
- Fold in ½ cup of finely chopped green onions, ½ cup of bacon bits (if using), 2 teaspoons of everything bagel seasoning, and 1 teaspoon of Worcestershire sauce. Mix gently.
- Shape the mixture into a carrot shape using plastic wrap as a guide. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
- Unwrap and place on a serving platter. Insert curly parsley stems at the wider end for decoration, and coat the surface with additional shredded cheese.
- Serve cold with crackers and fresh vegetable sticks.
