Step-by-Step Instructions for Sweet Potato Pizza Crust
  1. Peel and chop a medium sweet potato into evenly sized chunks. Boil for about 10 minutes until fork-tender.
  2. Drain the sweet potato and mash it in a bowl until completely smooth.
  3. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  4. In a large mixing bowl, add mashed sweet potato, white rice flour, tapioca flour, baking powder, and salt. Mix until a cohesive dough forms.
  5. Roll out the dough between two greased sheets of parchment paper to a thickness of 0.7-1 cm.
