Method
 

Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 300°F (150°C) and gather all your ingredients and equipment.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, sift together the all-purpose flour, baking powder, baking soda, and cinnamon.
  3. In a separate mixing bowl, combine grapeseed oil and eggs, whisking them together. Then mash the ripe bananas and fold them into the mixture. Stir in the sifted dry ingredients, vanilla extract, and lemon juice.
  4. Pour the batter into a greased and floured bread pan and chill in the refrigerator for about 15 minutes.
  5. In a medium bowl, combine the butter, almond flour, and oats. Mix until the ingredients resemble wet sand.
  6. Sprinkle the streusel topping over the chilled batter.
  7. Bake for approximately 1 hour and 20 minutes, checking for doneness with a toothpick.
  8. Once baked, let the bread cool for at least 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
