- Preheat your oven to 300°F (150°C) and gather all your ingredients and equipment.
- In a large mixing bowl, sift together the all-purpose flour, baking powder, baking soda, and cinnamon.

- Pour the batter into a greased and floured bread pan and chill in the refrigerator for about 15 minutes.
- In a medium bowl, combine the butter, almond flour, and oats. Mix until the ingredients resemble wet sand.
- Sprinkle the streusel topping over the chilled batter.
- Bake for approximately 1 hour and 20 minutes, checking for doneness with a toothpick.
- Once baked, let the bread cool for at least 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
