  • 1 tsp Dried Basil Fresh basil can be used
  • 1/4 tsp Crushed Red Pepper Adjust according to spice tolerance
  • 1/2 cup Freshly Grated Parmesan Vegan cheese can substitute
For the Greens
  • 5 oz Fresh Baby Spinach Kale or drained frozen spinach can substitute

  5. Simmer the sauce with heavy cream and dried basil for 5-7 minutes.
  6. Cook the tortellini according to package instructions and drain.
  7. Fold spinach into the sauce until wilted, then add red pepper and Parmesan.
