Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare two mini muffin tins with baking spray.
  2. Unroll the refrigerated crescent rolls and pinch the diagonal perforations to create four rectangular pieces.
  3. Sprinkle 1.5 teaspoons of cinnamon sugar over each rectangle of dough.
  4. Roll each rectangle tightly from the long side and cut into 7 equal pieces.
  5. Place 2 pieces of the cut dough into each prepared muffin cup and bake for 10-12 minutes until golden brown.
  6. Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
  7. Make the glaze by whisking together confectioners' sugar, water, and vanilla extract.
  8. Drizzle the glaze over the cooled bites and sprinkle with colored sugars before serving.
