- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare two mini muffin tins with baking spray.
- Unroll the refrigerated crescent rolls and pinch the diagonal perforations to create four rectangular pieces.
- Sprinkle 1.5 teaspoons of cinnamon sugar over each rectangle of dough.
- Roll each rectangle tightly from the long side and cut into 7 equal pieces.
- Place 2 pieces of the cut dough into each prepared muffin cup and bake for 10-12 minutes until golden brown.
- Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
- Make the glaze by whisking together confectioners' sugar, water, and vanilla extract.
