- Spoon the yogurt mixture into silicone molds, filling each cavity about two-thirds full and smooth the tops.
- In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the chocolate chips and coconut oil. Microwave in 20-second intervals until melted and smooth.
- Carefully pour the melted chocolate over the yogurt mixture in the molds until completely filled, ensuring even coating.
- Place the molds in the freezer for about 3 to 4 hours until the bites are firm and solid.
- Once frozen, carefully pop the bites out of the molds and store in an airtight container in the freezer for up to two months.
