  • 600 g store-bought chocolate mudcake Rich base for chocolate flavor.
  • 145 g white chocolate melts For drizzling on top.
For the Decorations
  • 8 Spearmint lollies Festive leaves decoration.
  • 24 red M&M’s Holly berries for decoration.
For the Finish
  • icing sugar Optional, for dusting.

Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Crumble the chocolate mudcake into a mixing bowl and mix with white chocolate melts until combined.
  2. Wet your hands and roll tablespoonfuls of the mixture into small balls, then refrigerate for 15 minutes.
  3. Melt remaining white chocolate in the microwave in 30-second bursts until smooth.
  4. Drizzle melted white chocolate over chilled pudding balls, add Spearmint lollies and red M&M's on top.
  5. Chill again for 15 minutes and optionally dust with icing sugar before serving.
