- Crumble the chocolate mudcake into a mixing bowl and mix with white chocolate melts until combined.
- Wet your hands and roll tablespoonfuls of the mixture into small balls, then refrigerate for 15 minutes.
- Melt remaining white chocolate in the microwave in 30-second bursts until smooth.
- Drizzle melted white chocolate over chilled pudding balls, add Spearmint lollies and red M&M's on top.
- Chill again for 15 minutes and optionally dust with icing sugar before serving.
