Step-by-Step Instructions

  2. Stir in 2 cloves of minced garlic and 1 teaspoon of grated ginger, sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
  3. Pour in 1 can of coconut milk, 1 tablespoon of soy sauce, and 1 teaspoon of lime juice. Stir and bring to a simmer for 5-7 minutes until slightly thickened.
  4. Prepare 2 cups of rice according to package instructions for about 15 minutes.
