  • 1/4 cup Sweet Chili Sauce adjust for sweetness
  • 1-2 tablespoons Sriracha increase for extra heat
  • 1 tablespoon Honey or maple syrup
  • 1 tablespoon Lime Juice fresh is ideal
For Garnishing
  • 2 stalks Green Onions thinly sliced

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Pat salmon fillets dry with a paper towel. Season both sides with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and paprika, and let rest for 5 minutes.
  2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat until it shimmers.
  3. Place salmon fillets skin-side down in the skillet and cook undisturbed for 4-5 minutes. Flip and cook for another 2-3 minutes until opaque.
  4. Whisk together mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, honey, and lime juice in a medium bowl until smooth and creamy. Adjust taste as needed.
  5. Remove salmon from skillet, let rest for 1 minute, drizzle with bang bang sauce, and garnish with green onions.
