Step‑by‑Step Instructions
  1. Finely chop the garlic and grate the ginger, rinse and pat the chicken breasts dry.
  2. Place the chicken breasts snugly at the bottom of your crockpot.
  3. Whisk together fresh lemon juice, soy sauce, honey, minced garlic, and grated ginger.
  4. Pour the prepared sauce evenly over the chicken in the crockpot.
  5. Set your crockpot to cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
  6. Once done, shred or slice the chicken in the crockpot and garnish with green onions and sesame oil.
