- In a mixing bowl, blend cornstarch and flour. Dredge the chicken pieces in this mixture until coated.

- Increase oil temperature to 375°F. Second fry chicken for 2-3 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
- Combine the fried chicken with the sauce in a bowl, tossing until evenly coated. Serve warm.
