Step‑by‑Step Instructions for Cajun Garlic Chicken Wings
  1. Preheat your oven to 220°C (425°F) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Place a wire rack on top for optimal crispiness.
  2. Using paper towels, pat your chicken wings dry to remove excess moisture.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine olive oil, Cajun seasoning, smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, black pepper, and cayenne pepper. Toss the wings in this mixture.
  4. Spread the seasoned wings in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.
  5. Roast the wings for 35-40 minutes, flipping them halfway through for even cooking.
  6. Melt butter in a pan, add minced garlic, and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant. This will be your garlic butter.
  7. Toss the wings with warm garlic butter once they are out of the oven, and sprinkle with parsley if desired.
  8. Serve hot with celery and carrot sticks and your favorite dips.
