  • 2 tablespoons Flour or cornstarch for gluten-free

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Gather all ingredients in a large slow cooker, adding chicken, beans, cream of chicken soup, corn, and chicken broth.
  2. Mix all ingredients in the slow cooker ensuring even distribution.
  3. Add oregano, cumin, salt, and pepper. Mix well before adding green chilis and hot sauce if desired.
  4. Cover and cook on low for about 4 hours.
  5. Check after 4 hours. Shred chicken with two forks and adjust seasoning if needed.
  6. For a thicker chili, add flour or cornstarch mixed with water; cook on high for an additional 30 minutes.
