Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a medium bowl or jar, combine 1 cup of almond milk, 1 tablespoon of matcha powder, 1 tablespoon of maple syrup, 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt. Whisk until smooth.
  2. Gently fold in 1 cup of rolled oats and 2 tablespoons of chia seeds into the matcha mixture. Stir until well coated.
  3. Add in 1 cup of chopped strawberries, folding them into the oat mixture.
  4. Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight to allow the oats to soak up the flavors.
  5. In the morning, stir the oats and adjust the consistency with almond milk if necessary.
