  3. Add shrimp, garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika; fold to coat the shrimp evenly.
  4. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Transfer mixture to a greased 9x13-inch baking dish.
  5. Sprinkle breadcrumbs evenly over the casserole and bake for about 30 minutes until bubbly.
  6. Let sit for 5 minutes before serving; garnish with fresh herbs if desired.
