- In a mixing bowl, combine the rolled oats, milk, and Greek yogurt (if using). Stir thoroughly until all ingredients are well mixed.
- Fold in the diced apple, caramel sauce, ground cinnamon, and a pinch of salt into the oat mixture. Stir gently until everything is evenly distributed.
- Divide the Caramel Apple mixture into jars. Seal each jar tightly and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, preferably overnight.
- When ready to enjoy, stir each jar, top with extra caramel sauce, chopped nuts, and a sprinkle of cinnamon.
