Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190.5°C) and prepare a lined baking sheet with aluminum foil.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine ground chuck, diced yellow onion, diced bell pepper, and all seasonings.
  3. Add milk, Worcestershire sauce, Lea & Perrins Bold Steak Sauce, ketchup, eggs, and plain bread crumbs. Mix until well incorporated.
  4. Shape the mixture into a compact loaf and place it on the prepared baking sheet.
  5. In a small bowl, whisk together brown sugar, dry mustard powder, and additional ketchup for the glaze.
