Baking Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 325°F (163°C) and prepare your baking sheets.
- Cream together butter, light brown sugar, and white sugar for 2–3 minutes.
- Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition, then add vanilla extract.
- Whisk together flour, baking soda, and salt in a separate bowl, then combine with wet mixture.
- Fold in oats and white chocolate chips carefully.
- Coat blackberries in flour, then fold gently into the dough.
- Scoop mounds of dough onto prepared baking sheets leaving space between.
- Bake for 12–13 minutes, until edges are golden and centers remain soft.
- Cool on baking sheets for 5–7 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
