  • 1 cup cheddar cheese freshly shredded is best
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese optional, or use provolone
For the Toppings
  • 1 cup bacon crumbled; turkey bacon optional
  • 1/2 cup pickles diced; or use cucumbers

Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook pasta until al dente, about 8-10 minutes, then drain and set aside.
  2. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Add ground beef and cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes.
  3. Incorporate onion powder, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Stir well for about 1-2 minutes.
  4. Reduce heat to low and stir in Alfredo sauce. Let it simmer for 2-3 minutes.
  5. Fold the cooked pasta into the beef and Alfredo mixture, then add cheddar and mozzarella cheese until melted.
  6. Remove from heat and top with bacon and pickles.
  7. Serve warm and enjoy!
