Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Prepare the Mangoes: Peel and dice ripe mangoes, reserving a few cubes for garnish.
  2. Make Mango Puree: Blend diced mangoes until smooth to create mango puree.
  3. Heat the Milk: Combine whole milk and coconut milk with sugar in a saucepan and heat until steaming.
  4. Prepare the Gelatin: Soak gelatin sheets in cold water for 5 minutes or dissolve powdered gelatin in hot water.
  5. Combine Gelatin and Milk: Incorporate gelatin into the warm milk mixture, stirring until dissolved.
  6. Mix in the Mango Puree: Add mango puree to the milk mixture and stir until combined.
  7. Pour and Set: Pour the mixture into bowls or molds, tapping to release air bubbles.
  8. Chill the Pudding: Refrigerate for at least 4 hours until set.
  9. Garnish and Serve: Garnish with reserved mango cubes and mint leaves before serving.
