  • 1 teaspoon Ground Cinnamon Adjust to taste or substitute with pumpkin pie spice.
  • 1 teaspoon Baking Powder Do not substitute with baking soda without adjusting other ingredients.
  • 1 pinch Salt Can be omitted if necessary.
For the Center
  • 2 tablespoons Lotus Biscoff Cookie Butter Any speculoos cookie butter is a good alternative.
For Topping
  • 1 tablespoon Brown Sugar Optional for decoration.

Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions for Biscoff Baked Oats
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) or set your air fryer to 340°F (170°C).
  2. In a blender, combine all the ingredients except the Biscoff spread and blend until smooth and creamy.
  3. Pour the blended oats mixture into your greased 8oz ramekin and gently tap to eliminate air bubbles.
  4. Take a generous dollop of Lotus Biscoff cookie butter and create a small well in the center of the batter.
  5. Carefully place the ramekin in your preheated oven or air fryer. Bake for 20-25 minutes in the oven or about 10 minutes in the air fryer.
  6. Remove your ramekin from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
