Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) or your air fryer to 390°F (200°C). Gather all your ingredients.
  2. Cut the fresh salmon into bite-sized cubes and toss them in a mixing bowl with garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Press the seasoned salmon cubes into a layer of panko breadcrumbs and lightly spray with olive oil.
  4. Place the salmon bites on a baking sheet or air fryer basket and cook for 12-15 minutes until golden brown.
  5. Prepare the Bang Bang sauce by whisking together mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, lime juice, and honey.
  6. Assemble the bowls with jasmine rice at the base, layered with cabbage, avocado, carrots, and crispy salmon, drizzled with sauce, and garnished with green onions, cilantro, and sesame seeds.
