  3. Heat oil in a large wok over high heat. Add sliced beef and sear for 3-5 minutes until browned.
  4. Stir in prepared vegetables and cook for 2-3 minutes until vibrant and just tender.
  5. Pour sauce over beef and vegetables, stirring for 1-2 minutes until the sauce thickens.
