Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a large mixing bowl, add 1 cup of old-fashioned oats and 2 tablespoons of chia seeds. Stir them together until evenly mixed.
  2. Pour in 2 cups of almond milk and 2 tablespoons of maple syrup into the bowl. Whisk until well incorporated.
  3. Gently fold in 1/4 cup of chopped almonds, 1/4 cup of shredded coconut, and 1/4 cup of chocolate chips.
  4. Cover the bowl tightly with plastic wrap or transfer the mixture into mason jars. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours, preferably overnight.
  5. In the morning, stir the oats and add almond milk if they're too thick. Serve with toppings of your choice.
  6. Optional: Garnish with sliced bananas, berries, or a dollop of yogurt.
