Method
 

Preparation
  1. Season the duck legs generously with salt and pepper. Marinate in the orange glaze for at least 30 minutes.
  2. Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for about 5 minutes.
  3. Air fry the duck legs for 25 minutes, then flip and cook for another 20-25 minutes until crispy.
  4. Prepare the celeriac mash by boiling peeled celeriac until tender, then mash with butter and cream.
  5. Sauté mixed greens in olive oil for about 3-5 minutes until wilted.
  6. Plate the duck with celeriac mash and sautéed greens, drizzling with extra orange glaze.
